  1. What if I have more questions about your products? At Optimum Beauty USA, customer service is our priority. Please feel free email us any question that you may have. We promise to get back to you within 48 business hours.
  2. Do you honor site errors? All orders will be checked for correct payment and payment confirmation prior to shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot honor price errors, and/or orders that are submitted to us without successful payment. We work diligently to ensure that our customers do not encounter site errors. Should a site error occur, we will work speedily to correct it.
  3. Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be cancelled within thirty (30) minutes of the order being placed. After this period, your order has begun processing, and cannot be cancelled. If you would like to add an item or items to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can add your desired items to your order, and make necessary adjustments. 
  4. What if I used the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as you realize that your shipping address provided is incorrect. If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot modify your shipping address. If the package is undeliverable by USPS due to an invalid address, your order will be returned to us. If you would still like your order, we will resend it to you. All customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for orders to be reshipped to them. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of ordering.


  1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Will you contact me if my payment is unsuccessful? Should our system accept and process an order without successful payment, we will utilize contact information and methods that you provide in an effort to inform you of payment issues, and upon your request, work with you to resolve payment issues.


  1. Do you offer expedited shipping? Due to high demand, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days if your shipping address is in the United States. Please begin tracking your order 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Do not hesitate to contact us should you need any assistance with your order.
  2. Where is my order? If your order came with tracking information, you can check your order location at any time. Should you encounter difficulties with tracking your order, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order. Initial tracking information will update within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped. If more than 48 hours has passed, and your tracking information still is not current/updated, please contact us. 
  3. Where do you ship from? All of our orders are shipped from our warehouses here in the USA! That means no more waiting over a month for your products. You'll have them within two (2) weeks if you live in the United States.
  4. Do you ship internationally? Absolutely! Please plan for longer order processing times with international shipping. Orders may take up to a month and sometimes longer for international orders to arrive depending upon shipping method used. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, fees, and duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  5. What shipping carriers do you use? All of our orders are shipped using the USPS, UPS, and/or DHL.


  1. Do you accept returns? Absolutely! We accept all returns as long as the merchandise is unopened and in its regular condition with all original packaging and tags if applicable intact. If your purchase was defective, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate the return process. We accept all returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. How are refunds issued? All refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit should the original method of payment be unavailable. Refunds will be initiated within seven (7) business days of our receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been received, and we will send you a final email when your refund has been issued.
  3. Do you accept exchanges? We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, and/or style, please place a new order for that item, and send back the original order for a refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
  4. Do you refund coupons used? Unfortunately, we cannot refund coupon codes used. All coupons must be rendered at checkout. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
