  1. Do you offer expedited shipping? Due to high demand, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY! You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. However, most USA customers receive their order within five (5) business days. Please begin tracking your order once you receive your shipping confirmation email. Do not hesitate to contact us should you need any assistance with your order.
  2. Where is my order? If your order came with tracking information, you can check your order location at any time. Should you encounter difficulties with tracking your order, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order. Initial tracking information will update within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped. If more than 48 hours has passed, and your tracking information still is not current/updated, please contact us. 
  3. Where do you ship from? All of our orders are shipped from our warehouses here in the USA! That means no more waiting over a month for your products. You'll have them within two (2) weeks if you live in the United States. Most USA customers receive their order within five (5) business days.
  4. Do you ship internationally? Absolutely! Please plan for longer order processing times with international shipping. Orders may take up to a month and sometimes longer for international orders to arrive depending upon shipping method used. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, fees, and duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
